As is usually the case the government never responded to my letter below.
For 17+ years I have been seeking justice regarding four removals of my innocent child placed into danger and subsequently abused by adults in horrific ways. There have never been any charges regarding my daughters sexual abuse while placed (by CPS) with her Grandfather, and in foster care. The fact is that my daughter was… removed from my care without a shred of evidence that I ever harmed her. Subsequently she was abused by those very people that CPS placed her with. There is no over sight. They do what ever thay want to do without any regard for the welfare of the children. My case and my persecution is entirely as a result of hear-say by the Grandfather (pedophile), and not based on concrete evidence against me. Grandfather wanted more access to molest the 16+ month old baby. He hired an attorney that was dating the
intake worker from CPS.

Office of the Inspector General (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services),
This is a complaint regarding the handling of my family’s case regarding Child Protective Services (CPS) intervention. Regardless that this occurred between 1991 and 2003 approximately, there is no statute of limitations on fraud.
I am hereby informing you of the fraud, waste and abuse of Social Security title IV and Medicaid funds specifically in the case involving my daughter. Those involved in the fraudulent use of these funds were Ohio (Franklin County Children Services), Kentucky (Pineville/Middlesboro foster care), and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Children’s Hospital), including the various actors of the courts. This should not be considered a complete list of participants in the fraud.
It is also a request to forward this case to HEAT, who is assigned to investigate such claims. Should you fail to do so, this will be considered a breach of contract with the American People by the President and yourself who by your very post and through tax payer dollars must follow your mandated job duties as required. I hereby declare under the penalty of perjury that the following statements are true and accurate:
1.) Failure to protect the child which resulted in child abuse, trauma and neglect while child was in the custody, trust, and care of Child Services (Ohio, and Kentucky).
2.) Failure to provide medical, emotional, or psychological assistance and intervention for a four year old female child that was raped and sodomized in foster care by two grown men.
3.) Failure to provide services and information to the parents regarding rape and sodomy of said child, and what her needs and care requirements were, after that occurred.
4.) Failure to protect the child’s Constitutional and Civil Rights in all ways.
5.) False statements made by child services to medical professionals, the police, and social workers, and in other states in order to conceal evidence of crimes, and to prevent a conviction in regards to sex abuse.
6.) Falsified information including documents (fraudulent psychological evaluations) submitted for the purpose of the persecution of the protective and non-abuser parent.
7.) Illegal private and secret meetings took place for the purpose of pre-arranging the outcome of the court hearings, and the resulting Kangaroo Court.
8.) Illegal “conflicts of interest” among parties “adversarial to the best interests of the child”.
9.) Fraudulent concealment of information.
10) Allowing hearsay to become fact, “with no evidence”.
11.) Protection of abusers (a felon, child molester and child rapists), and the persecution of the protective, and non-abuser parent.
12.) Failure of the CASA worker to make contact with family members.
13.) Failure to obey federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
14.) Prosecutorial misconduct occurred in each and every case involving CPS (child removed several times fraudulently).
15.) CPS failed to identify (with real and factual evidence) how the child was in imminent danger of harm (while in the care of the protective, non-abusing mother).
16.) Family Interaction Standards were not being followed.
17.) Removal of the child from two different states while using fraudulent information a.) To have the child removed from mothers custody. Subsequently placing the child in danger. b.) To obtain the return of the child to Ohio (from Kentucky), and c.) To prevent an unbiased medical evaluation to be conducted in Pittsburgh.
18.) Violated confidentiality in court, and outside of the court room.
19.) Libel committed by the prosecutor.
20.) Tampering of evidence (words dubbed into the court transcripts to change the original testimony of the mother to something different).
21.) FAILURE TO EXECUTE DUTIES NECESSARY TO MOVE CASE ALONG EXPEDIENTLY, WHILE COLLECTING EXCESSIVE DOLLARS FROM FEDERAL FUNDING.
22.) Trauma to the parents. After seeing my daughter so brutalized and after suffering so much trauma myself (because of those CPS cases) I was forced to obtain Social Security for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. CPS and their actions resulted in me being in court for approximately 11 years. All three of my children were alienated from me during those court cases, and I have no real relationship with my children since then. I have never been vindicated of the lies and the false allegations “that were all fraudulent”. The real perpetrators of sexual abuse (upon my child) have never been charged with any crime. There were never any charges placed on the pedophile that molested my 16 to 20 month old baby (that CPS placed my daughter with). There were never any charges placed on the the two men that raped and sodomized my 4 year old daughter in foster care (a home that Child Services placed my daughter into).
All of the inappropriate behaviors and actions of those individuals contributed to what was quite a substantial amount of money in Social Security fraud for the child in excess of $100,000.
The cost has been even greater in regards to all of the damage done to my daughter and to myself. Damage that will continue to last for our entire lives.

In all the years since my daughter was taken nothing has improved with Child Protective Agencies. They have complete power to cover up and conceal wrong doing, even with court transcripts. Child Protective Agencies have alliances and connections within the courts. I was denied from presenting any evidence what-so-ever in court in order to maintain custody of my daughter. My court transcripts were even tampered with. The intake worker was dating an attorney that the pedophile hired, because the pedophile wanted access to the baby. The intake worker had family members that worked within the court (a prosecutor, and an attorney, besides her boyfriend that was hired by the pedophile). I was persecuted and accused regarding what that pedophile had done to my 16 month old baby (sexual abuse) entirely on the word of the pedophile. Later, CPS covered up the foster care rape and sodomy of my 4 year old. Medical doctors assisted them in this cover-up by completely minimizing the seriousness of the physical damage to my daughter (her body). The police assisted CPS in the cover-up. One example: The state police wrote a report to make me appear to be crazy, so that I would be totally discredited in court, and in regards to any sex abuse investigation. Many individuals assisted CPS in the cover-up of the brutal assaults upon my child. Another example is that when I went to get a non-biased medical evaluation done regarding my daughters foster care rape and sodomy my child was removed from me, based on the lies that the first agency (Ohio) told the hospital in another state. The social worker that worked for that hospital(Pittsburgh) wanted to assist the first agency(Ohio)in removing the custody of my child. After calling up Ohio CPS the Pittsburgh social worker lied to a judge in Pittsburgh in order to remove custody of my child from me at the the Pittsburgh hospital, and she lied as well in her report to Child Services. I was never able to present the psychiatric report to the court that stated that there was no reason to remove my daughter from me. That psychiatric exam was done at Pittsburgh Childrens Hospital. Ohio Children Services gave “invented psychiatric diagnosis” to agencies and the police in two different states in order to remove my daughter. Had they not done that with Kentucky my 4 year old daughter would never have been raped and sodomized. They did “all of this” because a pedophile(the childs grandfather) was paying large amounts of money to an attorney who was dating the intake worker. It is nothing new that I am telling you this. I have years ago told many people in government and nobody has or will do anything about any of this. The baby rapists walk free. My daughter was never even given mental health counseling with specialists while in childrens services care, or after. They wanted all evidence and documentation of the damage that they did by removing my child, covered up.
Tragedy. Get a reporter or film student interested in your case, and an attorney.

Love hour show Jesse! I must state that we in Europe keep a tight eye on what is going on in the US, after all we have the luxury of not sitting in the way of the fan when the shit hits it.
Many europeans, including me, have realised long agoo that you no more have no constitution worth the paper its written on. You have in place the Patriot Act, slowly transforming US to a Police Faschist state, not far away from what the old Nazis once acheived.. we have seen it coming long time agoo and are stunned that the American peolpe are letting it happen. Even though, when i have at a few occations come across an american and tried to carefully bring up the discusson i realise they have been in heavvy denial.. “US is the greatest democracy n the world.. period!” It is for sure as Jessie sometimes mentions; When the state is excusing what they do by ensuring they only have in mind to keep you safe, you are most likely to loose another chunk of your freedom.
By the way, it seems like an ex military expert from Finland has hit the head of the nail, dead on, regarding how they brought down the WTC houses; small, directed thermonuclear bombs as well as those shapecharges.. in the end we get something that Dr. Judywood has not been quite able to describe, but refer to the use of some kind of “new directed energy weapon”. The steel didnt get mysteriously “dustified”, it just simply desintegrated or got waporised from not beeing able to contain the immense heat build up in the steel, as with everything else in the way fo the direction of the blast.

This question is a disinformation tactic to discredit the site. You are suggesting that if anyone anywhere hears a strange sound from the sky that there may be a correlation. This paints site posters as illogical at best.

I have to write ten pages on a conspiracy theory. Since I refuse to write about something as played out as the moon landing, arae 51, or jfk’s assassination (and those topics have already been chosen by other classmates) I need to find an original theory. There has to be information on the subject, hence the term research paper. Also, scientific ideas are ideal, but any creative idea is welcome!
I recommend viewing the Hollywood film “Conspiracy Theory”, 1997. That should whet your appetite for creativity. BTW the drug, torture scenes are very close to the real thing as clandestinly practiced by US security agencies.
