Thank you for having the courage to stand up and tell the truth and to fight for your rights as a citizen against the TSA.
I am a former U.S. Marine and Gulf War Veteran. I have refused to stand or remove my hat for the national anthem for the last two years (I attend about 15-20 sporting events per year). It may seem dumb to some that I protest in such a manner but I stand with you. Until my country honors its obligations to its citizens and the constitution that I fought for then I will refuse to honor my country. I have also not flown commercially since 2008 and will never fly again until the TSA criminals are removed.
I have been following you and the case you brought against the TSA and like you were hoping for an intelligent court to hear your case. There is one question I would like to ask you though, “why stop there?” I am not a legal expert by any means but is there a way to force the court to recognize jurisdiction through an appeal to a higher court? There are plenty of decisions that Courts of Appeal send back to lower courts to be heard. It seems to me that a citizen has a right to a jury trial and that by denying your suit against the TSA, the court has denied your basic rights which can be appealed.
I know the odds seems insurmountably against any rational hearing of the facts but you strike me as an individual that has and can overcome the challenges that lay ahead. You have said that you have no more patriotism left but I believe that within every veteran that has fought for this country and has felt betrayed by the government, lies the patriotism necessary to put our country back on course and to see this country as a great and honorable nation again.
I encourage you to stay in this country and continue your fight. America will lose a truthful voice and a patriot if you choose to leave.

I think a ticket of Jesse Ventura and Bernie Sanders would be damn good for this country. I don’t agree with 100% of Jesse says and does (nor any other public official for that matter) but Ventura makes a lot of sense and has the courage to speak truth to power.

I am planning to launch what I consider to be A MASSIVE undertaking- which absolutely MUST be done.
WE THE PEOPLE,
Must take it upon ourselves to re-write the Constitution of the United States.
I (personally) feel that the original should serve as a sort of framework, and it will certainly be referenced and criticized where it is appropriate.
The Goal: is to have EVERY American citizen both take part in drafting the document, and have the responsibility for approving of the document ONLY when it satisfies their expectations.
We shall then submit the new Constitution of the United States to our state legislatures for ratification- under the condition that ratification automatically be put to a popular vote, should the legislature fail or refuse to ratify it.
We will of course have to determine what the conditions are for ratification of the states to be considered successful- whether it require all 50 states to become law, or if some percentage (like 38/50 or something) be enough representation to declare success.
Should the states decide to ratify a new constitution, the existing federal government shall be immediately dissolved, and the processes by which new representatives are elected shall begin. Should any members of the former government NOT comply peacefully with the demands of the states, and the people- then the people must forcibly remove them. Any act of violence committed against the people shall be considered an act of treason….

I am rather a liberal, yet many of the things you say I support.
Anyway, I just watched an older interview of yourself on Fox’ ‘Follow the money’ and the reporter asked, why ‘we’ should spend on this money on wars when it is about oil or whatever. The simple answer is, it is the government (and by extension us) that will pay for the wars which will give no-competition contracts to corporations (the same that also donate to the war drivers’ campaigns). So regardless of the outcome of the war, we get stuck with the bill (and the dead, maimed, traumatized, and their bills as well) and the corporations get all the benefits (for which they will also pay no taxes).
Hence it is a corrupt system that only benefits the corporations.
So just in case someone brings that up again, and it also confirms your question ‘why should anyone pay 10 million dollars for a campaign to get a job that pays 100k / year.
Though for now I completely ignore the fact that the gov bullrushes into war, then sells the people the war by saying we have to ‘support the troops’ and if we leave their losses will be for nothing.

In 2004 while at my dentist a tracking devise was placed in my lower left jaw. When the object continued to cause pain, I complained. The dentist took an xray of the area with his new machine but avoided the gum area where the devise/pain was located. I have been to four other dentists; their xrays are blurred; the latest one in April 2011 was a photograph, not an xray.
My 911 call from Laguna beach went to Camp Pendelton at least 40 miles from our home and the last place one of the murderers of our daughter lived, he was a Marine. I am trying to find a way to Contact Mr Ventura. I just saw his program on HAARP. I have had direct experience with the people behind this project some 14 years ago while researching it (unwittingly) in the UK. (there is a HAARP transmitter near RAF “early warning station” at Fylingdales in the UK) The results of my naive actions affected myself, my wife and my young son. I just pick up you book “63 Documents The Govt. Doesn’t Want You To See”.
Didn’t get five pages in when I saw a glaring mistake that you should have known better than to make. You refer to Anthony Shaffer’s book “Operation Dark Heart” as having been taken off the shelves and destroyed, “all 10,000 copies of the first printing”. Not at all true. In my county library system there are three copies. I read one of them just a month ago and when in that library today I saw it next to your 63 documents book in a special display that also included Tom Meiner’s most heart breaking book “The CIA, A legacy Of Ashes”. Both books are of the ‘you can’t put them down’ variety because of content and great writing.
As for your allegations about the Operation Dark Heart book seizures and destruction
I wonder what else you may have wrong and/ or embellished. Legacy Of Ashes is solid truth and there are many others that don’t need to embellish…the truth is sad enough and the writing is exciting enough.
I’ll continue reading 63 documents, to see where it goes, at least for a while.

She thought I was nutts… But, to actually get to the point I’m trying to say is … Because of the fall in the property value and all of the foreclosures that had happened. (our brand new home we built in 2001 after leveling our old home we grew in) was at an estimated worth of over 380,000 dollars. Once the property value dropped… it was estimated at 70,000 dollars. Which is the price for a SINGLE person to gain their place *green ticket* into these underground facilities. I think this is somehow linked and is meant to keep the general public in their vulnerable position while the tycoons and powerful politicians save their own ass while filling their pockets with the money THEY are spending to survive… which was all of the taxpayers money to begin with… Would you doubt that that may have been also a part of the plan to keep most americans on the coasts from ever having a chance to pay for their security and safety that is granted by our constitution?

Here is a theory: People like Jesse and the whistleblowers are let loose to see how awake the American public is, in my opinion they are sleeping a fast sleep. I have my own conspiracy idea that may sound far fetched, but that is what is said about most conspiracy’s. First I am not a democrat or a republican. I consider my self a extreme independent. I truly believe that it is possible that many of the right wing and the tea party played a large part in preventing our economy from improving to better there own investment. That investment is Gold. What better way to increase their Gold investments than to keep the economy from improving and push the sale of Gold through propaganda. How is this possible some might ask. Really not much different than how a cult works. First you need a person that is idolized with a very large following. The most popular one that comes to my mind happens to be Glen Beck. No secret that he represents the far right and even has a book that has been out for a while now that pushes the sale of Gold. It would be very interesting to find out how many of all our politicians have been investing in Gold. Just as the banks bet on bad loans, Gold investors have been betting on our economy going down and will do what ever it takes to make sure that happens, even if it means pushing us into default which would have sent Gold through the roof no doubt. So, that is my far fetched theory.

I´m not sure where I´m supposed to post this comment so I do it here. I´m curious to this petition, even if I´m not an American and then it’s clear as day that I can´t vote, can I still sign the petition?
After watching few video with Ventura, I start to think that all this Ventura activity is a part of conspiracy itself. Do you believe that Ventura would be still alive after disclosing all terrible facts? President Kennedy could not protect his life, how Ventura can protect himself? So, I make 2 suggestions here:
1) either all staff Ventura talks about is a crap (which is not likely)
2) either he attracts public attention to the real World owners. I think it is time when NWO decides to go out of shade. Ventura prepares the ground for this. World rulers decided to teach Americans who is real World administrators. So, Ventura is a liberate or deliberate tool for NWO plans of getting disclosed, getting public.

I encourage all the people of our nation and even other nations to buy up as much security and defense equipment as possible before its too late. By the looks of things,they dont have enough on you jess,this is rare,my advice to you..throw away your keys and alarm pad..just pad lock your door when you sleep..there dangerous m8..test yourself with a pin point metal detector at the bridge of your nose,a line will run from there through your neck to your stomach where the battery is housed,not fantasy m8..reality.
Right now i have 2 way listening devices in my inner ear ,this is used to listen to you in ways that are unbelievable to the general public such as when you think under your breath,it also transmits in your inner ear and in my case is used to try and get you to do things you dont want ,only you can hear beçause its inner ear,these people are out of control,forget bugs if they want to tap you this is there method,transmitting in the inner ear can be done without the victim even knowing,using a high pitch whistle,the result is extreme discomfort to the victim,while they sit back listening..how do i know? I helped to develop it ,now they use it against me,advice? Stay away frõm governments
FEMA camp style is slowly building up near my home, well i am afraid that it can be this.
Since 2009, a transport company is growing really really fast. They have about 300 truck trailers on their land. But they never use them. Almost 90 % of these trucks are still there during nighs and days. The city is Napierville Qc canada in the J0J 1L0 postal code (google map). I am asking myself if this is a camps because they built a beautifull cyclable path around their fence in the backyard. But they are actually installing fence both side of the path. THe fence will begin from a railway and end near the backyard of this land. This way is about 1 km long. Who the hell can plan a fenced path long like this for walkers citizen. If something happen to you, if you are a women and someone follow you, you have to run reall fast. They don’t care about this because what i am affraid of…
